NOW HIRING! Immediate opening for a part time Clinical Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and organized clinical assistant for a wellness-focused practice serving active adults and mature patients. This is a part time position Monday to Friday 9am to 1:30pm.
Our office helps people maintain mobility, balance, flexibility, posture, independence, and quality of life through gentle chiropractic care, stretching therapies, laser therapy, and supportive patient relationships.
We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a calm, caring, and professional environment and who naturally communicates with warmth, patience, attentiveness, and professionalism.
Initial training and focus will be on front desk duties and will progress to assisting the doctor with patient care. Responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
- greeting and assisting patients
- scheduling and phone support
- collecting payments and co-pays
- helping maintain smooth office and patient flow
- assisting with front desk and general office duties as needed
- preparing therapy and treatment rooms
- supporting simple therapies and stretching guidance
- helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for
The ideal person is:
- dependable and organized
- emotionally steady and professional
- comfortable interacting with patients
- able to multitask calmly and efficiently
- flexible and supportive of a team-oriented environment
- interested in wellness, movement, healing, and healthcare
- proficient with technology and basic computer skills
- has effective communication skills
Experience in chiropractic, wellness, fitness, massage therapy, physical therapy, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required for the right person.
Approximately 22.5 hours weekly. Starting pay range is $18-$20 per hour. Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
